Smart Connect for Jira not accessible in Teams

We are currently investigating an incident where the Smart Connect for Jira app is not accessible in Microsoft Teams. From the first look of it, it seems that this is a Microsoft Teams issue, as the app continues to work on mobile. We have raised the issue with Microsoft.
